The short version

14 days from your purchase date. No questions. Full refund.

How to request a refund

Reply to any email you’ve received from us — your purchase receipt, your welcome email, or any course module — and ask for a refund. We’ll process it within two business days.

How long it takes to land

We refund through Stripe, which sends the money back to your original payment method. From there it usually takes 5–10 business days to show up on your statement.

Buy-now-pay-later refunds

If you paid via Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay, we issue the refund the same way. Those providers cancel any remaining installments and refund payments already made, according to their own schedules.

After 14 days

Beyond 14 days we don’t generally refund — but if something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us. We’d rather you walk away happy.
